Aerial view of the Lewis Farm grounds and Blue Ridge mountains
The Grounds · 01

Four rooms and two pavilions,
set on one ridge.

From the chapel in the field to the barn under string lights — every part of a Lewis Farm wedding sits within a short walk, with Mt. Pisgah holding the western edge of the whole property.

The Chapel

An open-sided white chapel, raised plank by plank in the spot where the first Lewis Farm couple stood. A cross sits at its peak; a wooden arch frames the aisle; and the mountains fill the open back wall behind the vows.

  • Open-air, covered chapel — rain or shine
  • Wooden ceremony arch & aisle seating
  • Mt. Pisgah framed behind the altar
  • Seats your full standard-wedding party

The Barn

Restored timber by timber until the rafters were sound enough to hang string lights from. This is where the reception lives — long tables, candle clusters, toasts, and the slow center of the night under a warm canopy of light.

  • Restored heritage barn with string-lit rafters
  • Round & long-table reception layouts
  • Catering workstation built in
  • Weather-proof heart of the celebration

Two Pavilions

Two timber pavilions face the ridge, side by side — for cocktail hour, for dancing, or for the ceremony itself when the sky opens up. The pickup-truck bar rolls out here, and the valley does the rest.

  • Two covered, open-air timber pavilions
  • Cocktail, dining, or ceremony use
  • Signature 1960s pickup-truck bar
  • Direct line of sight to the mountains

The Suites

Air-conditioned bridal and groom suites sit at the back of the property — quiet rooms for the hours that always go too fast. Hair and makeup, calls home, the dress on its hanger by the window, and one last breath before the music.

  • Separate bridal & groom suites
  • Heated & air-conditioned year-round
  • Space for the full wedding party
  • Photography-friendly natural light
A Walkable Property

Everything within a short walk.

From the suites to the chapel to the barn, the whole day unfolds across one ridge — no shuttles, no driving between sites.

A note on what we don't serve

The Lewis Farm is a Christian-owned, alcohol-free venue — one of the few in Western North Carolina. The same vow, the same first dance, just a calmer room and a softer morning after.

See It Yourself

Walk the grounds in person.

Tours are hosted personally on weekday afternoons. Come see the chapel, the barn, and the view before you decide.
